After having tremendous success in the smartphone category, as mentioned by Realme India CEO, Madhav Seth, the company is now foraying into other IoT (Internet of Things) segment and the first device to come up in this segment is the Realme Band. The Chinese manufacturer is known to make compelling and affordable smartphones and it is no brainer that the Realme Band, which is basically a fitness band with advanced features, is also priced at INR 1,499. Moreover, the Realme Band is a worthy competitor to the already existing Mi Band 4, Honor Band 5 and the 5i.
And now the band has recently got an update which brings in a number of features for the device. The updated version V4.0 adds restart function, optimized heart rate sensor, optimized data synchronization, and longer message viewing time on the display of the band. Talking about some features of the Realme Band itself, it sports a colored display, one-touch user interface, USB Direct charge, real-time heart rate monitor and sleep tracking, etc.

How to Check Software Update on Realme Band
- Open the Realme Link app.
- Tap on the connected Realme Band.
- Head over to the setting on the top right corner.
- Now scroll down and check the device update option.
- Tap and begin to install the update.
If you do not have the Realme Link app then, you should download the app from the Google Play Store as it will allow you to manage all of your Realme devices and the future devices that Realme has promised to bring throughout this year.
