The Real Housewives’ Porsha Williams is engaged again with Dennis McKinley after his cheating scandal. Pigs must be flying through the city of Atlanta since Porsha decided to forgive and forget about the pain she endured from her fiancé. The couple has been seen trying to work through their messy relationship for the sake of their daughter.
The influential couple only dated for one year before becoming engaged last September in an elaborate proposal that was caught by the Bravo film crew. It took Williams’ breath away. She had found out before their engagement that they were expecting their first child and announced it via the Bravo show. Last season showed the couple groveling over one another, which won them a spin-off called The Real Housewives of Atlanta: Porsha’s Having a Baby.
The Real Housewives of Atlanta star graced Andy Cohen with her presence of his show, Watch What Happens Live, to announce that she was once again engaged. The 38-year-old declared that she and her estranged ex, Dennis McKinley, were planning on walking down the aisle once again. The radio personality told Cohen that she and McKinley were “re-engaged.” Fans were shocked to hear that the hot dog maven used the same ring to propose.
Viewers of the hit show have been able to watch the drama play out on their small screens between the two lovers as they journey through therapy sessions. The two split after Williams learned that he had been unfaithful to her while she was pregnant with their three-month-old daughter, Pilar Jhena. The Bravo show was currently airing their breakup on season 12 - even showing McKinley asking for the ring back after she kicked him out of the house. The new mother shared with Cohen that the Bravo cameras only started filming their new season about two weeks after she had broken up with the father of her child. The reality star even addressed the issue of losing trust saying that she and McKinley were still working all the kinks out in their relationship.
Even though the newly reconciled couple has much to work through, they are still going full steam ahead when it comes to planning for their wedding. This past November at BravoCon, the real housewife disclosed that they were still planning their ceremony, dropping a hint that fans would most likely be able to watch the ceremony on TV. While the couple does not have a date as of yet, Williams did let fans know the wedding would take place sometime after the new year.
