Lisa Vanderpump wants to rebuild her relationship with Real Housewives’ Denise Richards. Even though the two women have not seen one another in a long time, fans remembered the connection they had when Denise brought her daughter to meet Lisa’s miniature ponies. She hopes a friendship can be salvaged.
Vanderpump helped make The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills a household name and had shined on the hit franchise since its launch in 2010. This past year, however, the restaurant owner and former actress abruptly decided she would be leaving the much-loved show behind after numerous fallouts with the women. The fan-favorite was known for her over-the-top mansion and the tiny dogs she loves like children (who also happen to dress up like her). There were many different motives as to why Vanderpump decided to leave the show, but it was ultimately just too much stress to deal with the other women’s drama alongside deeper personal problems.
Recently, Vanderpump revealed that the network had asked her to rejoin the franchise. While speaking to Us Weekly, the reality star said that Bravo had asked her about her future plans, to which she replied that she is busy living in the now. The Californian socialite is sticking to her guns, saying that she is in a different place in her life now.
While it was obvious to fans that Vanderpump did not leave the show on good terms with the other housewives, she did seem to be content with her friendship with Denise Richards. The TOM TOM owner mentioned that Richards had always been pleasant when speaking to her and was told that the Bond girl got caught up in the drama with the other women. Vanderpump surprised her fans when she said that she had wanted to rebuild her friendship with Richards, but was never given the chance, saying she was a very nice woman. The whole cast journeyed to New York City for the first BravoCon, but the Vanderpump Rules star did not bump into any of her former castmates.
While the British mother of two may have been happy to not see her old friends, the fans were sure happy to see her speak on the panels. Vanderpump took to social media to thank her fans for their overwhelming support. The reality star went on to say that she could feel the love and was so thankful that the fans had invested their time into her. With the fans’ support, the Bravo personality has made it through a very hard year, which also included the loss of her mother. Now, hopefully, Vanderpump can look forward to the new year and concentrate on her first loves: her dogs.
