Star of The Real Housewives of Miami, Joanna Krupa, just gave birth to her first child. After becoming famous as the host of Poland’s Next Top Model, Joanna went on to have a very successful modeling and TV career.

The Next Top Model judge announced in August of 2018 that she had tied the know with businessman Douglas Nunes in her native country of Poland. The former Dancing With the Stars alum - who appeared on season 9 - said that they had a very private ceremony which was small and only included close family members. Krupa had already said that once she was married, she would like to start planning on extending their family immediately.

The famous housewife and her husband, Douglas Nunes announced that they had given birth to their first baby on Saturday, November 2nd  according to Us Weekly. Krupa posted the first pictures of her new baby to Instagram telling her followers that their baby girl’s name was Asha-Leigh Presley Nunes. The baby girl arrived at 5:50 pm, weighing 6lbs, 15 0z, and measuring 20 inches. The first-time mother captioned the sweet intimate post of her and her new baby, writing, “One of the most amazing emotional and hardest days of my life.” The model gave a shoutout to other mothers, writing, “All I can say is women are true warriors.” See the sweet post below:

Fans of the model were kept in the loop throughout the entire pregnancy as Krupa showed off her growing baby bump every step of the way on Instagram. Thee new mom said that in the morning her bum was tiny but by the end of the day she felt huge, snapping a selfie of herself with her shirt tied up in a knot. Krupa enjoyed documenting her pregnancy for her fans and included her daily activities in each post. She showed expectant mothers how to workout and shared ultrasound updates. The model even showed off how she could still work the camera in her maternity photoshoot.

While Krupa’s reality TV days may be over, the model and animal rights activist will have a packed schedule while taking care of her newborn baby girl. For now, The Real Housewives of Miami fans only want to wish the best to the new mom and baby, hoping they get lots of rest.
