Real Housewives of Potomac star Gizelle Bryant said former Real Housewives of New York star Bethenny Frankel will eventually return to the franchise. The reality TV star recently announced her departure after more than a decade on the show.

Ahead of filming for Season 12 of Real Housewives of New York, Frankel said she was leaving the series to pursue other things - like spending time with her 9-year-old daughter Bryn and working on her crisis relief project, Bstrong. She’ll also be focusing on her new production partnership with Mark Burnett, producing and starring in projects intended to showcase a different conversation around women, she explained. But not all of the Real Housewives family believes she’ll stay away from the franchise, including Bryant.

The Real Housewives of Potomac star told PEOPLE TV’s Reality Check that she wasn’t shocked Frankel announced she was leaving the show. She thought that on the Season 11 Real Housewives of New York reunion, Frankel had a look on her face like, “I’m done.” And while she admitted Frankel could do whatever she wanted, Byrant predicted that fans haven’t seen the last of her. She said, “she’ll be back.” As for Bryant, she’s not quitting The Real Housewives of Potomac any time soon. She said she plans to be “here ’til the wheels fall off.”

A lot of the cast was shocked by Frankel’s sudden departure, but shared their support for her on social media. Cast member Ramona Singer previously said she wished Frankel had told them she was leaving before they had to find out in the press, but that she was always going to support her decisions. According to reports, the cast found out about Frankel leaving the show just hours before filming for Season 12 began, leaving everyone feeling “a bit lost.” But it looks like the network is moving on fast. Frankel’s co-star Luann de Lesseps recently hinted at a new cast member, who will reportedly be Tinsley Mortimer’s friend Leah McSweeney
