Star of The Real Housewives Cynthia Bailey’s daughter came out as sexually fluid. The 52-year-old listened as her daughter spoke about her life-changing news, leaving fans even more in love with Bailey.
Cynthia Bailey showed the audience that love is love during last week’s episode of The Real Housewives of Atlanta. The fan-favorite, who joined the show back in 2010, opened up to cameras, speaking openly about her and her daughter’s relationship. Bailey has recently confirmed that her upcoming wedding to Mike Hill will be filmed for the show after her engagement back in July. The reality TV star originally met Hill on The Steve Harvey Show as the host set her up on a blind date.
Sometimes on The Real Housewives, there are moments where fans can really connect to the women, and on the most recent episode for the Atlanta housewives, that is exactly what happened. Cynthia Bailey was having an open discussion with her daughter about her college experience thus far, when her daughter revealed that she was sexually fluid. Noelle Robinson, who is the supermodel’s only daughter and the daughter of Cool Runnings actor Leon Robison, opened up in a very emotional conversation about her time spent in Washington D.C.
The Howard University student explained that during her studies, people tried to “box” and categorize everyone. Robinson explained to her mother that she does not see love in such a confined way and admitted that there were a lot of attractive guys and girls that she liked. Her daughter being sexually fluid threw Bailey for a moment because she did not even know her daughter was interested in having a dating life. The Bravo personality told cameras that Robinson had talked to her shortly after having arrived at college, but did not know that she was out there “being fluid.” While filming for the hit Bravo franchise, Bailey told the cameras that everyone will love and support her daughter; she was just happy that her daughter could express herself openly.
Bailey has often stated that her daughter is her first priority in life, and she was happy that Robinson had a safe space to come and talk with her about her sexuality. The conversation ended with Bailey saying that if her daughter were to meet a young woman or a young man, it would be a blessing as long as they supported her. The mother-daughter duo celebrated New York City pride in honor of World Pride and the 50th anniversary of the Stonewall Riots. The businesswoman wanted fans to know that it was all about love and that people should support one another instead of tearing each other down.
